I am Emil smith recently bought Silo Grain Tank from rostfrei steels Pvt ltd. After the next day when I checked the product, it is as simple as MS Tanks. After start corrosion in few months shows in pictures. There are process faults in manufacturing which I found. when I checked these tanks it was concluded that weldability of the tank and its support very poorly done which could be a result of 

• Wrong usage of electrodes sizes

• Wrong usage of electrode types

• Wrong welding angle among others

• Too many cracked sections are available in tanks

• Leakage problem

• Leakage noted along the welded joints

• Rust and scales on feet, bolts already rusted.

• Leakage spotted along the sockets flanges, edges and some pipes fractured while others ruptured.

• Roof already collapse with the vent hole ruptured .corrosion of roof surface all though noted 

• Holes leakage along gasket and rust concentrated area.

• Leakages are noted on the surface of the tank along with the couplings links, the socket elbow, and flanges.

The mistake of the manufacturers used a clasping formula which is suitable for the purpose of aerospace where the superiority of the designing much is elevated than in common projects of civil. Considered the stretch solidity of a pointed container beneath hydrostatic loading pretensions great shell, the defect shape that direct to the buck edge load was the result by demeanor elastic examination of tapering errands with diverse effect.

Be aware for industrial people,

Rostfrei Steels is a big cheater company. They provide us low-quality materials on our GLS tanks project in Bangladesh. Their nut and bolt galvanizing already gone after next day from installation.
